What You Will Be DoingAs the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting test systems, providing technical expertise, and driving improvements to test equipment and software. You will work with technologies such as Test Stand®, LabVIEW®, and CVI® to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and perform functional testing.
- Upgrading, integrating, and supporting test equipment hardware and software as needed
- Analyzing failures associated with test equipment and providing recommended solutions
- Troubleshooting and problem‑solving test equipment issues
- Collaborating with production teams to maintain test equipment uptime and support troubleshooting
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ATE Test Engineer with a strong background in Electrical, Computer, or Computer Science Engineering. As a self‑starter with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, you will thrive in this role, working on complex test systems and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to make a meaningful impact on the Javelin program.

Further Information About This OpportunityThis position is located in Troy, Alabama. Applicants must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining a Secret Security Clearance.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM degree and 12+ years of professional experience, or equivalent professional experience
- Test engineering experience
- Experience working with Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance (U.S. citizenship required)
- Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and Test Stand
- Experience with verification and validation of test equipment for DoD products
This position requires a government security clearance. The role is available only to U.S. citizens who can obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Employment TypeFull‑time, onsite.
Work schedule:
4×10‑hour day, three days off per week.
