We are hiring an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze complex datasets and generate actionable insights
- Build, optimize, and deploy ML models
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Python
- Lead A/B testing, feature engineering, and model validation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
- Drive innovation while ensuring data privacy and ethical AI practices
- 10-15 years of experience in Data Science
- Strong skills in Python/R, SQL, ML algorithms, and statistics
- Experience with Spark/Hadoop is a plus
- Master's/PhD in a quantitative field preferred
