Overview

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for our team in Troy, AL, reporting to the Program Manager. Our team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a work group, ensuring high-quality products, excellent performance, and on-time delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a skilled crew, coordinating daily work, and ensuring a safe, efficient environment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.

  • Ability to provide Leadership and obtain Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Working knowledge and previous experience managing cost, quality, and schedule metrics.
