Job Description As the Manufacturing Support Team Member Stf, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing/productions aspects of all AGM-158 flight test, warranty, and development misslies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to ensure parts, engineering, and quality support schedule

* Lead daily briefing and status with reviews with program and leadership

* Develop risk assesments and mitigation plans to ensure production is on track Basic Qualifications
* Completed bachelors degree or equivilant work experience

* Must have ability to obtain a secret clearance

* Prior experience in production/manufacturing environments

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Experience in leading and working effectively with manufacturing teams in the planning and execution of identified solutions to technical problems Desired Skills
* Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field

* Experience with missile systems and sub-systems
