Job Description Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Basic Qualifications
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.

* Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Microsoft Office proficient

* Ability to interface with customers on a professional level.

* This position is located at a facility that requires special access and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen Desired Skills
* Strong communication skills

* Ability to build respectful working relationships

* Experience working with and leading multifunctional teams

* Forecasting manpower

* Familiar with basic HR principles

* Complex problem solving skills
