Job Description *
* As the Manufacturing Support Team Member Stf, you will be responsible for overseeing all manufacturing/productions aspects of all AGM-158 flight test, warranty, and development misslies.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

+ Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to ensure parts, engineering, and quality support schedule

+ Lead daily briefing and status with reviews with program and leadership

+ Develop risk assesments and mitigation plans to ensure production is on track

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Completed bachelors degree or equivilant work experience

+ Must have ability to obtain a secret clearance

+ Prior experience in production/manufacturing environments

+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills

+ Experience in leading and working effectively with manufacturing teams in the planning and execution of identified solutions to technical problems

** Desired Skills*
* + Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related field

+

Experience with missile systems and sub-systems

+ Working knowledge of Apriso/S4/MBOMs

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00
