• Develop and implement staff development programs, including training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training, to enhance staff skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions
• Design and deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into our team
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to support staff growth and development
• Maintain accurate records of staff development activities, including training hours and evaluations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating new knowledge into staff development programs
• Provide scheduling and labor monitoring to the nursing department

• RN or LPN license in Alabama
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
