Gathers product samples and finished product analyzes with respect to customer specifications and HACCP requirements;
Conduct routine floor audits of production and packaging areas to confirm correct product specifications, storage, packaging, labeling, and coding;
Maintains accurate documentation of analyzed product, compiling all proper steps in logging, product storage and expiration monitoring to ensure top quality;
Hold any product manufactured out of specification and communicate with all involved departments regarding disposition;
Will follow established programs, policies and practices to produce safe quality foods that meet regulatory and company requirements
