Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.

Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.

Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs.

What You’ll Need

Valid Driver’s License
Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
High School Diploma or GED; technical courses a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.
Good listening skills and empathy.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Passion for automotive or related industries.
Experience in retail, auto body, or collision.
Knowledge of inventory systems or cataloging.
Customer-centric attitude.
ASE Certifications (a plus but not required).
