• Engage customers in the wireless services section about post‑paid/pre‑paid carrier plans, accessories, and service plans.
• Uncover consumer desires and address objections to increase sales.
• Build professional relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Welcome customers and offer solutions politely.
• Collaborate with the team to meet goals and celebrate successes.
• Adhere to company policies: no door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable station.
• Accurately document and report sales and submit required paperwork.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations.
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Base pay ranging $800–$1,000 weekly with uncapped commission.
• Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
• Base pay raise opportunity every six months.
