Infrastructure Protection Security Associate Manager / Troy, AL

As the Infrastructure Protection Security Associate Manager, you will serve as the leader for visitor management, storage operations, and dispatch operations – three critical functions that support site security, personnel accountability, crisis response, and business continuity. You will be responsible for ensuring contract guard force led operations are operationally effective, audit-ready, and capable of supporting the site's evolving requirements.

In this role, you will oversee the operational execution of compliance related activities performed by the contract guard force, maintain oversight of audit artifacts and corrective actions, drive process standardization, and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness. You will ensure local procedures, training programs, operational metrics, and compliance activities remain aligned with regulatory requirements, company expectations, and site objectives.

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,400 - $150,650. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month;

accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
