Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks and general ledger maintenance
- Support bank and escrow account reconciliations
- Help prepare monthly financial reports
- Process transactions, journal entries, and account adjustments
- Assist with 1099s, reporting, and audit preparation
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with Quick Books or similar software
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
