Staff Accountant

We are partnering with a stable and growing industrial/manufacturing organization seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of transactional accounting, month-end responsibilities, reconciliations, and financial reporting in a collaborative environment.
This is fully on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
• Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts
• Support AP/AR functions and daily cash reporting
• Assist with financial statement preparation and margin reporting
• Review sales/use tax filings and maintain accurate financial records
• Support internal controls, reporting requests, and process improvements
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies as needed
• Assist leadership with year-end activities and special projects

What They’re Looking For:

• Accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment preferred
• Strong reconciliation and GL experience
• Comfortable working in ERP systems and Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player willing to support multiple accounting functions
