Base: $80-100k (Additional income available by increasing billing hours).
Senior Tax AccountantKey Responsibilities
- Gather client information, reconcile accounts, and resolve accounting issues.
- Consult with clients to assist with their business decisions and future needs.
- Develop a practical “nuts and bolts” understanding of small and mid-sized business accounting needs.
- Support clients across industries, with construction-industry exposure considered valuable.
- 5+ years of accounting, tax, assurance, internship, bookkeeping, or related experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- CPA license.
- Interest in tax for small/medium‑sized businesses.
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and comfort working in a collaborative office environment.
- Heavy focus on supporting clients.
- Additional pay available for working over 1950 hours annually.
