We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic and tech-driven environment. You will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Assist in managing Finance internal and vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts
- Allocate corporate credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements
- Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial data needs
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably Net Suite)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
