Senior Accountant

LHH is partnering with a dynamic, growing organization in their search for a Senior Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about accounting and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the monthly close process by posting journal entries and completing reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports to provide insight into the company's financial performance.
• Engage in process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations.
• Assist in the development of more robust internal controls and processes to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and drive results.
• Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned to support the accounting team and the broader organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license, preferred
• 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, gained from public accounting or industry
• ERP experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
