Corporate Intercompany Accountant

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to fill a newly created Corporate Intercompany Accountant opening with a rapidly growing company based in Troy, Michigan. Requirements of the Corporate Intercompany Accountant include a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, CPA license or public accounting experience is preferred, and a strong understanding of intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and close processes.

Accounting experience within a multi-entity manufacturing company is a plus.

Responsibilities of the Corporate Intercompany Accountant include managing intercompany transactions and intercompany reconciliations & eliminations, preparing and maintaining intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries as part of the monthly and year end close process, supporting month end and year end close processes, ensuring transfer pricing compliance, facilitating audit and compliance efforts, contributing to ERP implementation, developing and maintaining standard procedures, supporting public company readiness, and driving continuous improvement.
