Administrative Assistant (Central Operations)
A well-established executive wealth management firm in Troy, MI is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support multiple advisor teams within a fast-paced Central Operations environment.
️
Duration: 12-month contract (potential to extend)
- Supporting multiple advisor teams with day-to-day administrative needs
- Preparing, reviewing, and editing confidential correspondence
- Managing document scanning, archiving, and organization across systems
- Preparing travel expense and billing allocation reports
- Assisting with time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments
- Supporting additional administrative projects as needed
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Professional, discreet, and dependable
