Our firm is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Troy, Michigan headquarters
. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact and have the opportunity to interact with employees at all levels, including the Firm’s CEO, Principals, visiting guests, and clients.
This is an on-site position requiring attendance in the Troy office Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities- Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
- Manage client check-ins, conference room scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Support secure handling of confidential client documents (drop-offs, pickups, and scanned files)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, printing, scanning, and client billing
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and a high level of reliability
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask effectively
