Internal Legal Specialist-Garnishment

Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. The Legal Department is seeking a Specialist to join our team in Troy, MI. This role will support the Internal Legal Department, managing daily operations and projects, monitoring automated and manual processes, and communicating performance and results.

• Read and assess legal documents, validate accuracy, and take requisite action.
• Identify and resolve data or content discrepancies through internal and external resources in a timely manner.
• Retrieve, print, and attach appropriate documents.
• Maintain attention to detail and multitask effectively.
• Sort and alphabetize documents.
• Effectively communicate status of projects and workload.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

• High School Diploma.
• 1-2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
• Experience with data entry and strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a financial services related field and system querying skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
