The Associate Account Manager is responsible for claim phone support, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and assisting the Account Manager with projects and daily tasks. This role requires professional phone etiquette, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and proficiency with computer systems.

• Claim intake via phone and status support
• Respond to all incoming telephone queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Multitask between various software programs
• Data entry and client invoicing
• Refund processing
• Administrative support for the team (scanning, check logging, report distribution, etc.)
• Maintain good communication and proficient phone skills
• Use proficient computer skills

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Exceptional telephone demeanor
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Attendance, quality, and production meet or exceed PFI standards

Preferred

• Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar position
• Insurance or mortgage industry background
