- Write proposals and Engagement Letters.
- Handle Salesforce data entry.
- Handle many workflow administrative steps involved in the sales pipeline process.
- Conduct research, gather and analyze data.
- Arrange in-person and virtual meetings, ensuring all participants are contacted and confirmed, meeting rooms and technology are set up, and any additional preparation is provided.
- Coordinate bi-annual HRS Development Day planning details and attend the two in-person events.
- Attend bi-weekly virtual team huddle meetings.
- Handle the online application of HRCI / SHRM credits for events/webinars.
- Assist in preparing and editing presentations and reports.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for leadership team members as requested.
- Ensure client documents are properly filed and that client information is available as needed.
- Maintain client confidentiality by protecting all client information in accordance with professional and legal standards.
- Coordinate breakdown of client pass-through costs to accounts payable and billing for applicable department invoices.
- May include some virtual and onsite project work for clients from time to time, such as designing surveys in MS Office, auditing and correcting I-9s, organizing personnel files.
- May be responsible for ordering supplies within budget, including cost comparison; maintaining office equipment; and other office maintenance responsibilities as needed.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite.

- Advanced computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite:
Microsoft Word, Excel, and related formatting, creating tables and charts. - Proficient in the use of specific office software required to support the office/department, including but not limited to STAR, Salesforce, Adobe Acrobat, electronic delivery software, etc.
- Ability to operate multiple phone lines, conference and video equipment, and document production equipment.
- Understanding the services, the basic purpose, and the terminology of the practice areas provided by Rehmann.
- Understanding the theory and techniques of the department, consistent with knowledge that could be obtained in an associate’s degree program.
