Hours:

9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Hourly Rate: $18 to $22/hr (depending on skills and experience)

• Assisting the Call Center by answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls to fill the Call Board in a polite, friendly manner.
• Assisting with the fulfillment of Installation Coordinator responsibilities when unavailable.
• Assisting the Sales Department with general needs and inquiries when Sales Lead Coordinator is unavailable.
• Applying for and creating payment for permits prior to the commencement of every job (three business days whenever possible).
• Coordinating equipment inspections with homeowners and municipalities and following up to ensure inspection has passed.
• Conducting a weekly review of all open permits and contacting homeowners to schedule inspections.
• Scheduling violation visits with Field Supervisor and homeowner for all failed inspections.
• Assisting in completing accurate and timely paperwork.
• Participating actively in all formal exercises and on‑the‑job training.
• Attending Installation Department meetings and Company meetings.
• Completing any other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.
