Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The File Clerk is responsible for supporting the Legal and Operations teams during daily operations. This includes the opening, sorting, preparing, scanning, and mailing of all documents and payments with high accuracy. The File Clerk will also assist in indexing documents to consumer accounts using our internal systems of record.

Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, prepare, scan, and mail documents daily.
  • Index documents to consumer accounts in our internal systems of record.
  • Process documents in all aspects of the Document Services Operations processes with a high degree of accuracy.
Education
  • Required:

    High School Diploma
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree
Language
  • Required:

    English
Experience
  • Required:

    1-2 years customer service or clerical experience. Experience with MS Office. Good communication skills.
  • Preferred: 2+ years work experience in related field. Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel).
