Trillium Professional has a 16 week temporary assignment for an Executive Assistant for their client in Troy, MI. This role is part time with in office days Monday and Wednesdays with Thursday’s as a possible additional day. Pay rate is $35/hour.
Key Responsibilities- Travel Logistics:
Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries. - Correspondence & Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between the executive, internal staff, and external clients. Screen calls and - Meeting Preparation:
Support day-to-day meetings such as compiling briefing materials, set up video/audio conferencing, and prepare presentations for leadership meetings. Take accurate meeting minutes and track action items. - Office Support:
Assist with ad-hoc staff lunches and/or operational projects.
- Calendar Management:
Proactively manage complex executive calendars, scheduling internal/external meetings, resolving conflicts, and adjusting priorities on short notice. - Vehicle Management:
Coordinate services such as repairs, gasoline fills, and/or car washes. - Expense Reports:
Reconcile corporate credit cards and prepare accurate expense reports on a weekly basis.
- Experience:
2-3 years of proven executive administrative or high-level support experience. - Tech Savvy:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams). Experience with expense software (e.g., Concur, Expensify) is a plus. - Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a highly professional and diplomatic demeanor. - Discretion:
Ability to handle sensitive corporate and personnel information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. - Time Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and adapt to sudden change (IE: quickly shifting gears when new information, or urgent deadlines, or sudden roadblocks arise).
