The Records Specialist II position in the Academic Records Team is responsible for but not limited to:
- Assisting with registration for online and offshore students
- Assisting with electronic routing of forms
- Processing change of major forms
- Processing change of minor forms
- Processing Graduate readmissions
- Processing Online Withdrawals, withdrawal Corrections, inactivating students
- Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of administrative office work experience
- Extensive computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Work experience in a higher education environment
- Knowledge of Troy University student services procedures
