Woodside Bible Church is seeking a warm, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Coordinator to help couples prepare for and celebrate their wedding day with excellence and care. Working under the direction of the Lead Wedding Coordinator, this role coordinates weddings held at the Troy Campus, provides limited support for off-site ceremonies, and may occasionally assist other Woodside campuses.

This is an on-call, as-needed position with no regularly scheduled weekly hours. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church's Troy Campus are required.

• Guide couples through Woodside's wedding planning and coordination process.
• Coordinate ceremony details, timelines, music selections, vows, and communication with officiants.
• Lead or participate in wedding rehearsals and provide on-site coordination on the wedding day.
• Coordinate facility, setup, and technical needs for ceremonies at the Troy Campus.
• Maintain regular communication with couples leading up to their wedding.
• Ensure required documentation and post-wedding responsibilities are completed.
• Partner with other Woodside campuses and wedding coordinators as needed.

• A compassionate, courteous, and service-minded approach to working with couples and families.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to remain calm, flexible, and organized while coordinating multiple people and details.
• Previous event or wedding coordination experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Woodside Bible Church and its ministries.
• Strong character, spiritual maturity, and alignment with Woodside's mission and values.
