Office Administrator/ Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk area and support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience- Greet and welcome all visitors;
- Manage check-ins for meetings, interviews, and events;
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding guest arrivals;
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages;
- Manage outgoing mail and shipping (Fed Ex, UPS, USPS);
- Handle incoming faxes and ensure proper distribution;
- Maintain internal logs for deliveries and important documents.
- Place and track orders via vendors (Amazon Business, local suppliers, etc.);
- Ensure proper inventory levels and cost-efficient purchasing;
- Support office organization and storage systems.
- Assist with organizing company events and office activities;
- Support HR and Operations with onboarding logistics and scheduling.
- Maintain basic records, logs, and documentation;
- Support cross-functional teams as needed.
- This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our office in Troy, Michigan.
- Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace;
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Customer-service mindset and friendly personality;
- Experience with office tools (Amazon Business, shipping systems, etc.) is a plus;
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently;
- Experience working in corporate or fast-growing office environments.
