Madison Settlement Services is looking to hire an experienced full-time experienced Processor! The ideal candidate would be someone who has previous experience in the title industry, someone who puts customer service at top priority, and someone that is detail oriented and precision-focused.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Request/Prepare Deeds, POAs, Trust Certs, and Affidavits.
- Review documents (ie. Trust, Divorce Decree) for vesting/signer issues.
- Prepares title docs, including affidavits and additional documents prepared at closing
- Collaborates with lender for balancing of Closing Disclosure
- Reviews loan closing documents
- Schedules closings with signing company / notary
- Any additional tasks needed to prepare for closing
