Position Summary

The Investor Relations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Investor Relations (IR) function and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role is responsible for coordinating investor relations activities, preparing and maintaining IR materials, managing calendars and meetings, supporting earnings and conference activities, and assisting in the creation of presentations, reports, and other communications for investors, analysts, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor relations materials, including earnings releases, presentations, fact sheets, shareholder communications, and annual reports.

  • Maintain and update investor relations databases, contact lists, analyst coverage information, and distribution lists.

  • Coordinate logistics for quarterly earnings calls, investor meetings, analyst meetings, conferences, and shareholder events.

  • Monitor and organize investor and analyst inquiries, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.

  • Support the preparation of briefing materials for executive leadership prior to investor meetings and conferences.

  • Maintain and update content on the company's investor relations website.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Document Creation and Reporting
  • Assist with developing and formatting investor presentations, earnings materials, board deck support materials, and financial communication documents.

  • Create, edit, proofread, and maintain high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Excel reports, and Word documents.

  • Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all investor-facing materials.

  • Coordinate document review and approval processes among Finance, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership teams.

Project Coordination
  • Support special projects related to investor relations, finance, and executive communications.

  • Track deadlines and deliverables for quarterly and annual reporting cycles.

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities between Finance, Legal, Communications, and Executive Leadership teams.

  • Assist with event planning and logistics for investor days and other shareholder engagement activities.

Qualifications Education & Experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • 2-5 years of experience in administrative support, executive support, investor relations, finance, corporate communications, or related areas.

  • Experience supporting senior executives preferred.

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong proofreading, formatting, and document production capabilities.

  • Experience with investor relations platforms (Fact Set, Corporate Access) is a plus.
