Are you looking to launch or grow your automotive career with one of the industry's leading brands? Troy Ford is looking for an Apprentice Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced Ford-certified technicians, receive hands-on training, and build the technical skills needed for a successful career in automotive service. The Apprentice Tech will report to the Service Manager and will work onsite at the dealership's auto shop.

• Assist technicians with vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Perform basic maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections
• Learn diagnostic and repair procedures under the guidance of experienced technicians
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Use and maintain shop equipment and tools
• Complete work according to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Document services performed and recommendations
• Participate in development programs
• Support team members in delivering exceptional customer service
• Follow all safety procedures

• 0-1 year of experience in an automotive shop
• Interest in automotive maintenance
• Work in a quick environment
• Previous automotive education, dealership experience, or vocational training
• Enrollment in or completion of an automotive training program
• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with automotive tools
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
