What You’ll Bring 3-5 years of automotive technician experience with strong diagnostic and repair skills

Ability to perform maintenance, engine, brake, and suspension repairs independently; HVAC experience preferredASE certification required (Master Technician preferred) and manufacturer certifications in core repair areas

Proven track record of exceeding productivity goals while maintaining quality workmanship

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; high school diploma or equivalent required

What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns while performing work efficiently and accurately to Lithia and manufacturer standards

Complete repairs safely, road-test vehicles, and ensure all work meets quality standards before delivery

Document diagnostics, repairs, and labor time accurately while maintaining proper use of tools and equipment

Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure vehicles are returned in excellent condition

Complete required training, stay current on technical updates, and follow all dealership safety and professionalism standards
