We are seeking a self‑motivated Senior Electronics Buyer to efficiently plan and manage our end-to-end materials management organization. A successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate to internal and external customers, perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, improve pricing/service, and manage and develop suppliers.

• Ability to execute procurement activities across multiple platforms and industries (MRO, direct and indirect purchases, and services).
• Assess, manage, and mitigate risk to our internal and external customers.
• Closely manage and improve inventory management while reducing overall cost.
• Ensure on‑time delivery and quality with key suppliers.
• Negotiate and close new business awards with suppliers and key logistics partners.
• Lead and support ongoing problem‑solving analysis using 8D tools.
• Create and process Purchase Orders in our ERP system with timely communication to suppliers. Relevant experience with blanket PO’s, releases, and spot buys are required.
• Perform RFQ (request for quote) analysis on current and future business opportunities.
• Manage freight spend and logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Work closely with Accounts Payable/Receivable to mitigate all issues.
• Establish, recommend, and assist teams to implement process improvement projects based on business need.
• Management of suppliers, vendors, and partners in accordance with Automotive electronics regulatory and legal requirements through product life cycle.
• Manage supplier performance in accordance with Customer and QMS requirements.

• 8+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in Automotive Electronics.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Understanding of BOM structure, production, and materials management best practices.
• Working experience in SAP or similar ERP platform.
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to quickly gather and analyze large pieces of data to make timely business decisions.
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills with little guidance.
• You relate comfortably and communicate daily with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography to ensure clarity.
• You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define and analyze problems more accurately before moving to solutions and implementation.
• Strong experience in using MS Office Tools, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.
