A global automotive manufacturer is seeking a bilingual Sales leader to drive business growth, strengthen OEM relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team in North America.

You will oversee sales strategy, protect existing business, pursue new opportunities, and serve as a key link between customers, global headquarters, and internal cross-functional teams.

• Maintain and expand relationships with major automotive customers
• Protect current programs while identifying and securing new business
• Support global and local sales initiatives
• Prepare reports and updates for executive leadership and global headquarters

• Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and global teams
• Support cross-functional and international projects
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal execution

• Monitor performance against goals
• Implement corrective actions when needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standard

• Full fluency in Japanese and English (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing (automotive preferred)
• Experience working with Japanese companies or global organizations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
