• Set up company target and analyze business performance across all operations.
• Operate, evaluate, and monitor business management.
• Communicate with HQ and division company regarding local operations and performance.
• Establish and forecast short-term and mid-to-long-term business plans.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reporting to leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators established for the organization.
• Develop, document, and implement applicable company processes and procedures.
• Compile presentations on business operations and conduct reviews with leadership teams.
• Conduct ongoing/frequent communication with HQ to ensure alignment on business management and performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field utilizing standard financial and office tools, including MS Office software and ERP software; automotive experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel (international and domestic) up to 5% annually.
• Ability to work early/late hours for necessary business meetings.
• Bilingual in English and Korean.
• Physical requirement:
  Ability to lift/carry handheld items up to 10 lbs.

• CPA certificate.
• CFA certificate.
