VS (Vehicle component Solutions) Company () of LG Electronics focuses on commercializing environmentally responsible automotive components and core solutions based on LG’s proprietary technologies. A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.

As The Program Management Assistant, You Will

• Quoting, ordering, and shipping development samples to customers for various vehicle build events
• Managing/ tracking customer PO
• Managing/tracking internal PO
• Mangge pricing/invoicing necessary customer parts
• Managing/tracking internal/external inventory
• Tracking status of customer sample deliveries, report out weekly to cross functional teams
• Tracking status of internal sample orders
• Work with cross function teams to ensure samples are the correct level (h/w and s/w)
• Track Design Changes and report out weekly to respected teams
• Preparing necessary documentation for PPAP submissions and submitting into customer system
• Tracking expiration dates for PPAP submissions
• Tracking PPAP submission timing for on-time submissions
• Serve as point of contact to customer
• General support for program management team as needed
• Other Duties as Assigned

• Ability to travel (Domestic):
  Some travel to support customer sample deliveries
• Normal work schedule would be 8 – 5 Monday - Friday
• Travel up to 20%

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience working directly with OEM customers
