The Consumer Engagement Strategies Workflow and Documents department is looking for a Sr. Process Excellence Manager to join our team in Troy, MI. The Sr. Process Excellence Manager is responsible for supporting business process improvement efforts across the organization, including process analysis, new process design, implementation, and project management.
Responsibilities- Identify and create business processes to improve operational efficiency while monitoring existing processes for breakages.
- Provide regular updates on process improvement projects to key stakeholders across the organization.
- Serve as a key project team member and support business process improvement projects from conceptualization through implementation by working closely with the project team, business unit leaders and IT/CES.
- Serve as liaison between business units, CES, and IT to help establish business requirements.
- Manage completion of ongoing business processes by supporting internal and external stakeholders.
- Report, identify trends, and raise issues or other opportunities around departmental processes and procedures.
- Assist with establishing detailed project plans, monitor project performance, raise issues and concerns, and establish performance metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor improvement impacts.
Education:
Bachelor required.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently.
- Serve as project leader; exert influence on the overall team direction to ensure business objectives are met.
- 3-5 years in process improvement required.
- Must be customer focused and possess the ability to develop creative solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Knowledge of the Internal Legal Process.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
