We’re looking for a hunter! This is not an account management role. While you’ll benefit from existing relationships, marketing support, and a strong reputation in the market, success in this position requires creating new opportunities, building executive‑level relationships, and winning new business.

- Develop new client relationships across surrounding markets
- Identify workforce, talent acquisition, leadership, and HR challenges within client organizations

Flex HR® - Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through close
- Partner with the recruiting team to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction
- Expand existing client relationships and uncover new opportunities for growth
- Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, SaaS, HR technology, or other consultative sales environments
- Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term client relationships
- Strong discovery, relationship‑building, and closing skills
- Motivated by solving client problems and creating business impact
