Position Overview The Contract Processor plays a critical role in supporting sales, finance, and operations by reviewing, preparing, and processing customer and vendor contracts. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with digital systems, and the ability to manage multiple contracts while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities Review and verify accuracy and completeness of contract documents
Prepare, process, and route contracts using digital tools and platforms
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Legal to resolve issues
Identify discrepancies and drive resolution
Maintain organized and up-to-date contract records
Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain required documentation
Track contract timelines and execution milestones
Qualifications Prior experience in contract processing, administration, or a related role
Working knowledge of contract terms and basic legal terminology
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Preferred:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field
