** your key responsibilities will be:
* ** Strategic planning & performance management:
** Support annual planning processes, including development and monitoring of goals and OKRs, and ensure alignment of priorities across the marketing function. Use AI tools to synthesize inputs across teams, surface gaps in goal coverage, and draft scenario analyses faster.
* ** Metrics & dashboard development:
** Design, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting systems that provide timely visibility into marketing performance and business outcomes. Apply AI to automate recurring data pulls, generate narrative commentary on trends, and flag anomalies before leadership reviews.
* ** Executive decision support:
** Conduct detailed analyses to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. Leverage AI to accelerate research, competitive benchmarking, and first-draft synthesis — then apply your judgment to shape the final recommendation.
* ** Leadership meeting preparation:
** Coordinate and develop materials for QBRs, leadership meetings, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions. Use AI to draft agendas, generate pre-read summaries, and track follow-through on action items and escalations.
