Global Procurement Project Specialist
The Global Procurement Project Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget and also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
- Supports all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life cycles to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints
- Provides support to ensure successful and timely completion of project tasks and requirements in a timely and effective manner
- Assists with analyzing problem/opportunity areas of assigned programs and evaluates options
- Assists in producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
Base Salary Range:
$65,600.00 - $90,200.00
