A leading global strategy management consulting firm is seeking an entrepreneurial Partner to join its rapidly expanding Private Equity practice, with a focus on Industrials.

This is an opportunity to help build a market-leading industrials platform, working alongside some of the world's most active private equity investors and their portfolio companies to deliver strategic growth, operational improvement and value creation.

We're looking for a commercially driven consulting leader with a strong track record of winning work, building trusted client relationships and originating engagements within the industrials sector.

You’ll partner directly with private equity sponsors, portfolio company executives and corporate leadership teams to advise on complex strategic and operational challenges, including:

• Value creation and performance improvement
• M&A strategy, integration and carve-outs
• Operational transformation
• Manufacturing and supply chain optimisation
• Commercial growth and operating model design
• EBITDA improvement and margin enhancement

You’ll also play a key role in growing the practice by developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts and helping shape the firm’s Industrials Private Equity offering.

• Current Partner, or an exceptional Partner‑ready Principal or Director, from a leading strategy or management consulting firm.
• Demonstrable track record of personally originating consulting revenue.
• Established relationships with private equity sponsors and industrials‑focused investors.
• Deep experience advising industrial, manufacturing, engineering or complex products businesses.
• Proven success leading value creation, transformation or M&A programmes for private equity‑backed companies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building practices, propositions or new revenue streams.
• Collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and growing a business.
