We're looking for a highly organized Permits Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and making sure projects stay on schedule. If you love checking things off your to-do list and working behind the scenes to keep everything moving, we'd love to meet you.

• Obtain permits for residential home improvement projects
• Communicate with cities, townships, and municipalities
• Track permit status and deadlines
• Maintain accurate customer and permit records
• Coordinate with internal departments to keep installations on schedule
• Help improve processes and support special projects

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with permits or municipalities
• Home improvement, construction, or remodeling experience

• Earn up to $20/hour
• Weekly pay every Friday
