Biomedical services include both on-site and depot preventive maintenance, repair and warranty services, ranging from equipment inspections to extensive repairs, including compression device systems, defibrillators, EKG machines, electrosurgical units, external pacemakers, humidifiers, infusion pumps, LCDs, light sources, modules, patient monitors, printers, pulse oximeters, telemetry transmitters and tourniquets - all completed to factory specifications.

The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in executing high-impact marketing programs with precision and consistency. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with proven, hands-on experience managing trade shows and event logistics end-to-end, this is a core function of the role and essential for success.

The Marketing Coordinator will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including tradeshow and event execution, survey deployment and reporting, digital updates, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and brings a meticulous eye for detail across all deliverables.

• Lead tradeshow execution
• Manage the full lifecycle of trade shows and events, including registration, logistics, vendor coordination, shipping, booth setup, budget tracking, and on-site execution readiness. Ensure flawless execution with strong attention to detail
• Coordinate and execute corporate events
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events, ensuring timelines, logistics, and deliverables are managed efficiently
• Own marketing project coordination
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving timelines, collecting feedback, securing approvals, and ensuring final deliverables are accurate and on time
• Manage surveys and reporting
• Execute satisfaction surveys, track performance, and provide organized, actionable reporting (experience preferred)
• Develop Business Forms & Documentation
• Proven experience developing complex forms and structured documentation with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and version control
• Oversee marketing assets and inventory
• Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials, including promotional items, ensuring accurate tracking, reordering, and distribution
• Maintain marketing collateral and version control
• Update, archive, and organize materials to ensure teams always access the most current assets
