Scope of work
  • Maintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing.
  • Create and updates the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS.
  • Covers daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing.
  • Monitors employee call-in's.
  • Responsible for all staffing changes to be placed in ANSOS.
  • Ensure we are staffed to matrix.
  • Enters exception log edits into ANSOS for payroll.
  • Assigns Contingent/Temp staff and Outside personnel to units as needed.
  • This is not a Human Resources role.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • 2 years of staffing and scheduling experience preferred
  • Scheduling experience with ANSOS or equivalent staffing system preferred
  • A working knowledge of computer software such as ANSOS, Kronos, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel preferred
