- Awareness of the built environment (Commercial/MDU) and experience with all three phases of implementation. You have worked with general contractors and other trades, understand what causes delays, and know how to stay proactive. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE
- Primary Point of Contact:
Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep - Scope of Work:
Own the plan, align execution, flag issues early - Project Timeline/Scheduling:
Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources - Project Profitability:
Drive labor efficiency by staying within budgeted hours & eliminating redundancies/preventable mistakes - Work Orders:
Issue to team, coordinate with subcontractors & third parties - Quality Control:
Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations - Plan sets/Blueprints:
Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team - Change Orders:
Create, submit, get approval, execute - Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation (e.g., ASIs, RFIs, GMPs, IFC drawings)
- 3–7 years in construction project management (technology or low-voltage PREFERRED)
- Prior work on commercial construction sites and/or MDUs
- Familiarity with NEC and local codes
- Experience (PREFERRED) - Procore, Builder Trend, Bluebeam, etc.
- $70k to $110k (Based on Experience)
- 401k w/ 4% Matching
- PTO: 10 Days to Start + 8 Paid Holidays
