Leading General Contractor in Michigan is looking for a Civil Superintendent. This full‑time position offers competitive salary and bonus packages.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year.

We are a growing organization with projects lined up for the next 5–10 years. You will help manage multiple heavy‑civil construction projects across Detroit.

Full‑time position with a comprehensive employment package including car, phone, iPad, gas card, and other benefits.

• 5+ years of experience supervising heavy civil work such as asphalt, paving, road building, including manpower and team leadership.
• Experience creating project timelines as a prime contractor, not just following prescribed schedules as a subcontractor.
• Proactive, driven, and self‑motivated. You embrace new challenges, seek improvements, and own the project experience.
• Strong analytical skills to develop efficient, productive operations.
