Job Details

Desired Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience with a general contractor
• Experience estimating commercial, institutional, municipal, or education projects
• Strong understanding of subcontractor scopes, takeoffs, and cost modeling
• Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
• Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
