CGI is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Troy, Alabama. Your future duties and responsibilities:

What You'll Do

* Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing courteous and professional support

* Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information by following established procedures.

* Document customer interactions clearly and accurately

* Escalate inquiries when needed while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.

Schedule Requirements

* Ability to work onsite in our Troy, Alabama office Monday-Friday.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $12.00 - $15.00/hour".
