• Answer inquiries from customers to provide follow‑up for current or prospective customer orders and assist Engineering and Sales to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner regarding customer requirements.
• Receive, process, and maintain signed customer purchase orders from the Sales department, releasing, and forecasting; communications received via computer (EDI/SAP), fax, or e‑mail.
• Maintain SAP and customer modules/portals for Ford, GM, Stellantis, Tesla and any Tier customers.
• Work closely with production, shipping, material disposition (raw material ordering), and scheduling to ensure customer orders are processed promptly.
• Review customer orders in SAP daily and address customer changes and issues.
• Learn and adapt to our changing customer environment/systems.
• Conduct a daily review of the customer systems and portals for Ford, GM, Stellantis, and Tesla, including an assessment of the weekly customer delivery ratings.
• Understand and negotiate customer expedited requests.

• Other customer‑service‑related duties as assigned to support operational continuity during the contract period.
